When I did my picture, I missed that the text said "the king's scepter's exclamations" - I thought it said "the king scepter's exclamations" - thus my making the scepter the king.

It wasn't a very good scepter anyway - someone else I showed the picture to mistook it for a microphone. Whoops. :P
