As the teacher explains how factories are processed in trees, he did not realise that longhair jimmy was paying more attention to the book he was reading.

During picket fence vs. oak tree 101, College McStudent was paying attention only to his beloved trading card as the professor yakked away.

The teacher tried to instruct his class on the pros and cons of fences versus trees, but the students were less than enthused. Some slept, while others just passed the time looking at their collectible cards.

Sneaky -- Thanks. I'm just glad that it ended up being the last picture, because I was kind of worried that Yugioh and Scissor King would take away the focus of the sentence vera passed on to me. Also, it was fortunate that kimbrey ignored the little throw-away joke I made there anyways.

As someone still learning the ins and outs of TSG here, I must say the wiki is pretty useful for a beginner to lurk around in.

P.S. Could somebody out there please inform me of what other uses a fence could possibly have besides separating us from criminals and angry dogs?
