Every sentence but webbwbb's and burusama's were not really sentences at all. They simply explained a noun without offering any context. If any of us had simply added "Here we have" or "This is" to the beginning of our sentences they would have been correct.

Ah, well, I seriously couldn't think of anything else when I looked at the picture. I usually try to make something funny out of it, but I found it impossible personally.

(to beat the dead horse, the word "are" between "faces" and "worshipping" would have completely the sentence as well.)
