To prevent that from happening, I name my pictures as I start early on specifically with the quote.
I also save them to a different folder altogether, and then when they're uploaded, move them to a folder full of sentence game stuff I'm totally finished with.
Seems to prevent any problems.

Yeah, my naming scheme is completely strange and unintuitive. All of my TSG files are saved in one folder as Illustrator files, and another folder as PNGs. The names usually have something to do with the picture, but have to be truncated to under 30 characters, so I get problems like this time, when I uploaded not-the-tongue.png instead of naughty-santa.png. It's an easy mistake to make, especially since you can't see the whole name in the text box before you click upload.

I just name all my TSG pictures 000.jpg so I don't have to scroll around to find the right one.

I have a seperate folder for Sentence Game stuff and always name them something short and easy to remember based on what their content is.

Mine are saved as epycNNN.png. Though, there was one jpg (was too big for png) and one was actually a text file!

I have a folder with sentence1.png to sentence140.png It works, and I can make a presentation of my skills over time.

I dunno...if that's not an "incident", then I'm terribly curious to see what you *meant* to post.
