Billy used to be such a sweet little boy until the brutal murder of his father by robots in game 3042. Sadly it's now apparent that his attempt to rebuild his life through psychoanalysis in game 8051 has done little to curb his pyromania.

Well, Billy's hometown was bombed to smithereens in game 8036; it is easy to see how that trauma could be difficult to overcome.
