In case anyone was wondering what I was drawing, I drew Frida Kahlo. I think she is as fugly as it gets. Google image search and you'll know what I mean.

Frida Kahlo was beautiful.

The gun theme came through even in the image where there was no gun. Cool!

Kahlo was neither beautiful nor ugly, just human--which made paintings of her so awesome. And weird. And kinda ugly.

She was a great artist, but she had a mustache and a unibrow.

She did, and she also exaggerated those features in her self-portraits and somehow turned them from flaws to features.

lizard, your portrait of her is a good likeness. I recognized her.

Thanks Sandra, I figured Frida would have a 50% chance of staying power. Art is very open to interpretation and that's why I love it.
